	Changing your WHM main account

Solution It is possible to have your main account changed. However, this is considered outside the realm of normal support and normally takes around 30 minutes to complete. We have to create the new account, grant reseller privleges, and manually move each of the domains created under the original reseller account.

As such, the price structure for such a request will be as follows:

Less than 10 domains: $10
11-20 domains: $20
21-30 domains: $30
Greater than 31 domains: $30 + $0.50 per additional domain.

To have your main account changed
1. Create a helpdesk ticket with the following info:
- subject "Change WHM Domain"
- Exisiting WHM Name
- New WHM Name

2. We'll then get to work on moving your domains.

If you use personalized nameservers you'll have to register new ones. The already added domains can continue to use the old nameservers unless you will be deleting/letting expire the old domain. New domains should use the new nameservers.

3. Upon completion we will create a one-time invoice for you, which you can log into your Bill Desk account and pay.
