 Am I allowed SSH access?
Solution Yes, upon request we provide SSH access for individual accounts.

To request SSH access you will need to send in a help desk ticket, we require that clients include a valid reason before enabling SSH access.

Please be aware we require a reason, if one isn't provided we will ask for one. Even if you had access before and it somehow became disabled.
